Delivery charges are per kg. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During extreme weather conditions and during sales periods, please allow extra time for your order to be delivered, and if you wish to receive tracking details please email shop@theglamourroom.co.uk.

COVID-19 Update
We know you want to look glam even on lockdown – but please bear with us. Since The Glamour Shop launched we’ve experienced a high volume of orders. Coupled with the extra safety precautions we’ve put in place to protect our team, delivery partners and customers, your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow an additional 7 days after your expected delivery date for your order to arrive. We know you are eager to maintain your look or try something new, but we are doing everything we can to return to our usual service levels. We appreciate your patience and we’ll keep you updated of any changes.
